Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbps cornstarch


  • In a one quart sauce pan using a wire whisk mix ¼ cup water with all ingredients until smooth. Heat to boiling over medium heat stirring frequently. Reduce to simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
  • Store remainder in a covered glass jar. This sauce will keep unrefrigerated for up to a month.
