Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbps cornstarch
- In a one quart sauce pan using a wire whisk mix ¼ cup water with all ingredients until smooth. Heat to boiling over medium heat stirring frequently. Reduce to simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly until thickened.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Store remainder in a covered glass jar. This sauce will keep unrefrigerated for up to a month.
